Proposed new development – Land West of Cryfield Heights, Gibbett Hill, Coventry

William Davis Limited will shortly be bringing forward a proposal for a new housing development in Gibbet Hill, Coventry.
The proposed site is on land west of Cryfield Heights, Gibbet Hill, Coventry and is highlighted in red on the map overleaf.  As you may know, the land has been allocated for housing by Coventry City Council in its new Local Plan which was adopted in December 2017.
The proposal is for 16 high quality homes which would help to meet the Local Plan’s aims for sustainable economic growth. In particular, they would support the objectives to improve and diversify Coventry’s housing offer, increase the number of larger family homes, and develop high value and high quality housing.
We are keen to ensure that the proposals for the site are sensitively designed and respect the local environment and want to hear people’s views about the draft masterplan before we finalise our plans and submit a planning application.
Further information about our proposal will be available on our website –
